When two friends meet, discussion starts with very general topic and then it leads to a completely different direction. That’s what happened to me too. I met one of my old friends at a restaurant after a long time and she was telling me that she had bought a house in Los Angeles lately. According to her, it was beautiful and cozy by all senses and that’s the reason she and her husband opt for that house. She went on telling… “Everything was fine as per our requirements but the bathroom was bit small and the accessories used inside were outdated. So, we decided for a renovation of that place.”
When it’s about beautifying the house, bathroom renovation is a pretty common task that house owners prefer. So, I didn’t lose the opportunity to have some essential details about the renovation of the bathroom since I was planning to acquire the service very shortly.

I first asked her how she approached a remodeling company and most importantly, how she could even find out one. She replied that from top to bottom it wasn’t about internet and all. I then asked Samantha (my friend) that how she figured out that one particular company that they wanted to appoint for the remodeling task. Her reply was – we initially kept our focus on two core aspects and those were quality work and budget. She explained that when the house owners are confirmed about the budget they going to pay and the quality of the changes, the task actually becomes easier for the remodeling contractors. My next query was about the overall experience of the entire project. She chuckled and said why don’t you come and visit one day. However, we kept on conversing and she told that the company they had an agreement with was very punctual and professional about the needs and requirements of the customers. She added that the company initially given a turnaround time of 2 weeks and they eventually completed the task a day prior to that deadline. All the budgets and changes were discussed earlier and they also received a 3D copy of the project.

PS: -Weeks later I visited Samantha’s house for some reason and got the opportunity to take a tour of their newly bought house in LA. The bathroom was really superbly renovated and designed.
