“I hired MDM construction to do a complete remodel of my home. This room was existing and the only thing that Mike did for us in this room which was a significant change.”
Eugenia also went on explaining how mike started the project with the front door and when the project came to the end, it was a wide drawing area. Let’s find out how she explained the thing.
“Eventually the house started through this room, this was my front door, there was a wall that extended out here and all of this place was actually the front phase and the outdoor area. Mike ended up making it’s a completely open floor plan and again we added the bamboo harder floor throughout.”

“So eventually, this place consisted of the dining room which was in this area and then the kitchen which was a small and gully and my dream for the room house was to have an open space other say the living room and the dining room but as well in the kitchen. With Mike’s help, you are able to come up with ideas”
Here Eugenia has made things very clear that she was actually looking for some free space in the house and not only in the living room and dining area, but in the kitchen as well. She didn’t forget to mention that Mike has really helped her lot to come up with new and brilliant ideas for her kitchen and dining.
“So some of the wonderful features that Mike has added to the house which wasn’t even anything that I had asked for was these soft touch closes and then one of the big surprises that he did for me…”
Here she went on explaining that how Mike has added some effective accessories in the kitchen that has really turned things lot easier for her to complete in the kitchen. The free pantry space was also the brain child of Mike and Eugenia is actually delighted with how he has used pullout cabinets in the pantry. She explains the kitchen as “my dream come true and probably the most exciting part of the house for me.”
The panoramic door was also a great touch of elegance in the house which was in the wish-list of Eugenia and she is really happy about that.
The custom made bathroom is also one of the enticing parts of the house and she explains how she and her husband planned the bathroom with the help of Mike. Mike didn’t put them through lots of designs and catalogues and this is something she really appreciates about Mike and MDM.
